I absolutely love my peaceful, quiet, country life. I romanticize it daily. I love to putter in the garden and cuddle up with my children on the couch. I am a firm believer that a peaceful and beautiful life can be found by all if we choose to look for it.

I’m a very spiritual person, and I highly value my walk with God. My practice involves living simply, practicing contentment, connecting with nature, and exploring the faith tradition I was born into through a lens of hope and compassion for all people, life on this planet, and the earth itself.

I live with my husband of twenty years and our children near a quiet mountain town in North Georgia, just shy of the Tennessee border.

I hope you will find encouragement for both yourself and your children on this blog. I try to share information about cultivating a beautiful life along with digital downloads for you to use in your home here. I also share author and life updates, plus homemaking helps from time to time.

In my spare time I enjoy gardening and reading, and I also love learning about natural, simple living. I hold an AS in Public Service and my BS studies were in Psychology. I’m also a certified Aromatherapist and Spiritual Life Coach. Every day I try to become a better version of myself, but I’ve also learned how important it is to give yourself lots of grace!
